 Kamidana
The "kamidana" or "god shelf" is a place to make offerings to Shinto spirits. Food such as rice, sake, water and salt (collectively known as oshio) are common offerings that are left each day at a kamidana. Relevance to Ranma ½ The Tendo family have a kamidana inside their dojo. |
