Ninmenju

Ninmenju is a strange tree illustrated in Sekien Toriyama's Konjaku Hyakki Shui. It grows in remote mountain valleys in China. The ninmenju's fruit appear to be human heads. The faces are always smiling or laughing, even as they fall from their branch.

Relevance to Inuyasha

Human headed fruit are featured in the battle against Tokajin, the Peach Man.
